It’s a magical interlude in your day where the world disappears and the body and the mind work in harmony. There is a very special component to a practice like this. The breath makes practice a refuge instead of a chore. When the breath is used to support your movement and anchor the mind real physical changes can happen that can improve your health and your mental state, no kidding! Join us for a Saturday afternoon where no stone will be left un-turned in your practice. We’ll explore Kriya and pranayama, flow and chanting. Sparks will fly and your practice will never-ever be the same again. This very special class takes place on Saturday afternoon 1-3:30 pm. The cost for this workshop is $30.
