Are you up for the challenge!!?

The beginning of the New Year is a natural time to start something new or re-commit. Our New Year’s Yoga Challenge is a great way to reap the benefits of a regular Yoga practice, get some goodies, win some great prizes and have a fabulous time.

Here’s How it Works

Our Challenge Kick off is on Friday, January 16 at 6:45 pm. We’ll have some tea and healthy snacks  and chat about the challenge rules. You’ll get your SMY Challenge Journal, home practice sequences, some expert advice and the contact info maybe of some other students you might want to partner up with.

During the challenge you’ll be expected to attend classes (3) at the studio and practice at home (2 times) every week. It will be a challenge for  sure but we’ll email you some encouragement AND some exclusive online practices that you can take to count as your home practices. We’ll keep track of your studio practices and you’ll log your home practice in your journal.

Final day of the challenge is Friday, February 20. Journals are due and we will count up your studio hours.

The victorious will get an SMY long sleeve t-shirt (value $31) and be entered for our grand prize a new Manduka Pro or Prolite Yoga mat (up to $100) or a one hour private session with Mandy (value $70). All  will receive 75 Perkville Points just for participating and of course the benefits of a regular yoga practice.

Cost is just $30 (Challenge fee covers just the challenge, studio classes are at our regular pricing )
