So many students want to deepen their practice; They want to put all the pieces together and create something that can be understood and transformed into their very own yoga. That’s what Living Yoga is all about. It’s the story of yoga since thousands of years ago mixed with philosophy, theory, anatomy and asana. It’s all the soul-searching, context and detail you miss in a regular yoga class. It’s an opportunity to put it all together with other serious students of yoga. Living Yoga is not Yoga Teacher Training. Students who wish to teach yoga should enroll in our 200 hour Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher Training which runs in tandem with our LYP.
LYP enrollees are asked to participate fully in each scheduled training. Upon completion of LYP hours you will receive a certificate of completion. This program is a dynamic combination of in-depth group practice, workshops, lectures and discussion, group work, journaling and home practice objectives. It is for serious students of yoga who have no desire to teach yoga. LYP enrollees are expected to attend weekend trainings approximately one to two times per month January to June for about 6 hours per weekend.
Since LYP runs concurrently with our Yoga Teacher Training the weekends have been numbered based on the YTT schedule
